I have to keep everything visible. I use the cases of Old CD's for acrylic stamp storage and label them and store them in an old CD case tower. My second favorite storage is a home made sticker storage rod. I have two 3' X 2.5' peg boards mounted on the wall of my scrap room and I've attached an old curtin rod between the two but they are bent so they stick out from the wall. Each rod is bent to form a U shape and each side of the U is about 8 inches. This allows me to use paper clips to hang stickers or packages of clip board letters or sheets of letters, or even momentos from my trips. The clips slide easily along the rod and keeps everything visible.Barthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18220326802021635130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1887588144916839687.post-18847900343575846622010-10-31T16:15:52.338-06:002010-10-31T16:15:52.338-06:00Plastic drawers are what I use mostly. I have a cabinet with lots of cube space and baskets have been my life saver! I put my most used tools in one and when I want to scrap, I just put that basket on the table and everything I need is right there. I shopped around and found some that match my decor perfectly on sale for 50% off! I also found some parmesan jars for 50 cents and put my smaller embellies in them. My space is small but I love how it's organized and neat. That's important to me since it's a shared space. I have a red dish display cupboard with three drawers. My papers are placed in a cropper hopper paper holder which I love to bits and all my other embellies and inks are places in strawberry punnet containers. These help me tremendously as not only are they recycled, but for someone who is constantly moving house, it makes for easy packing as well. Given that the containers are clear, they also make it easy for me to locate a specific product. My alpha stickers all go into a huge pizza box, so that I can place everything on my lap and seive through them to match a project. Hope these tips help!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1887588144916839687.post-41157336647764300022010-10-28T20:57:16.708-06:002010-10-28T20:57:16.708-06:00I have found that I use a lot more of my supplies ...I have found that I use a lot more of my supplies if I see them.
