Hard Pink Case
The case in the lower left corner (see group shot above) was a great find, but needed to be just a bit bigger to fit more i-rock accessories. I also thought cutting a name out or design with my cricut and vinyl would have totally rocked this case. The tool and glam rocks fit in here real nice, but the compacts are a bit too large. If you like the idea of a clear case I would for sure pick up a larger version of this case. Round Pencil Case
I thought this was too plain for my liking, so I attached a flower pin that Julia Sandvoss made for me to the zipper. This is a cute case, but the compacts don't fit in here real well, but everything else, especially the i-rock tools fits in here nicely.

Loved that this case had a side for pencils and the Glam Rocks fit in real nice in their place. This was the higher priced of all the options, but isn't it great!
My Personal i-rock Storage
I bought one of these "clearly organized bags" from a friend years ago and actually own them in a ton of sizes. The new versions of these have handles and are very reasonably priced. These are my favorite way to transport a lot of my scrapbook tools, supplies, etc when I go to crops. It makes my scrapbook tote a lot more organized and easy to manage. Anyway, I thought the bag was too plain so I added a couple flowers to the front of it and filled it with EVERYTHING from the i-rock tool and accessories (and extra batteries) in my bag.

Oh I love the clear bags. I never would have thought of that for storage in my tote. Love the I-Rock too - crossing fingers and squishing eyes...

ReplyDeleteThose are awesome! I love the hawaiian storage for the i-Rock. I don't have one, but for my scrapping and crafting storage, I use the rubbermaid drawers in all sizes. Love that I can see what is in which drawer and they can hold a lot!

ReplyDeleteThese are all really, really great ideas! If the clear box was bigger that would be nicer for the scrap room at home, because it would be stackable. But I agree, that the clear & make-up style bags look awesome and would be great to bring to crops.
ReplyDeleteI like the "My Personal" because you can see through it. I use one of those travel organizers with the hanger...hangs all the time on the back of my door...room for i.Top, etc. too!

ReplyDeleteFor starters you made everything PINK! how could you go wrong with any of the them. I LOVE the fact that you put them all in pink.. Being that Pink and Black is truly my favorite colors the Hawaiian Zipper Case would fit right in to my scraproom!! I love pink! I find pink is so soothing, so girly, and love being surrounded with things that are pink! If you take a look at my blog you will see just how much I do love it. Even have a song on my place list called "Pink" lol Thanks for the opportunity for me to display just how much any of the cases would fit in. ReplyDeleteEach of the bags has a plus feature; however, my all around favorite is the Hawaiian zipper case. I like the pencil holder spaces that hold the Glam Rocks...keeps them easier to see. I don't have an i-rock tool and would be so excited if I won one!

I think of the other 3 I like hard boxes first just because I feel like they are more protective when traveling and in drawers. My second choice would be the Hawaiian Flower case. ReplyDeleteI'd have to say I like the clear bag storeage idea best..so I can see what I have and when I need more supplies easier...although they are all fantastic ideas!
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of the clearly organized bag. No only does it hold all the stuff but it's clear so if you have the bag closed on your scrap table at a crop it will still be a conversation starter and you can show off your new toy!

ReplyDeleteI like the hard pink case the best. It is sturdy! I actually like to store things in different sizes of Jars: buttons, embellishments, scissors, pens,etc. You can see what you need and they look cute at the craft station.
ReplyDeleteI am new to the I-rock! I have the I-top and have LOVED using it!! I have never seen the I-rock but LOVE BLING so I would probably LOVE this too? I love the Hawaiian zippered bag, perfect size! I love my Irock, I'm just waiting on an order to come from the USA as I can't find anywhere in Australia, let alone Sydney that currently has the gems for me to buy.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm, i think i prefer the hard case. I'm pretty rough with my tools(just throw them in my bag etc) and i have 3 children so i think the hard case would give it the best protection!!!

ReplyDeleteI love the Hawaiian zipper case - I like things organised and not move around too much, so I think that case is perfect for me. I SUPER love the i-rock tool and have been using it NON-STOP. First on all cards I make, I guess next up will be new surfaces...;-)
