First up today are Renata Moni and Kim Holmes:
Hello, this is Renata and I am going to show you how to create some beautiful Christmas tags!
Supplies

Scraps of patterned papers (Cottage Christmas by Imaginisce)
Holiday Wishes Chipboard Stickers by Imaginisce
Happy Holiday Sticker Stackers
Season's Greeting Rub-on Words

Instructions
Using the white cardstock as your background, all you have to do is decorate the tags using scraps of patterned papers, covering all the cardstock like in the pictures below:
Round corners if you wish
You can distress the paper borders by rolling them with your fingers:
Now that your background is ready, embellish however you wish.
Use stickers, chipboard accents, twine or ribbon,
Use rub-on words to add a message and your tag is ready!
With this background you can create lots of differents tags! So, be creative!

Hey everyone! Kim, here! I too used my Cottage Christmas Scraps - every last bit of them! Every year, my youngest son and I decorate a small tree that sits in his room. It is the highlight of the decorating for him, so I knew we had to come up with some fun new ideas! Cottage Christmas to the rescue! Here is the finished product:
and here is a closeup:
The first thing we created was a simple paper chain using the 6 x 6 paper pad which has those wonderful prints but in minature size!
Next up we punched some stars out of the same papers and used a sticky dot to put them back to back on a small wire. This makes the perfect garland!
Also using a small wire, we beaded the crystal snowflake embellishments and created even another fun garland!
These look so cute on the little tree! My son loves them! Next up we decorated a tray that we will put all our Christmas Cards in this year --- currently our cute little tree is sitting in it!
****************************************
Now guess what? It's your chance to win this wonderful Christmas Collection! That's right, just leave us a comment here and one winner will receive the complete collection of Imaginisce's Cottage Christmas! Good Luck!

ReplyDeleteHey all, I know you sent around a survey about baking items but have you ever considered wrapping paper, bags and pre-made tags? Your designs would work beautifully on another application like that and reach a far larger market, plus scrapbookers can use the larger size of wrapping paper for home decor products. Just a suggestion!
