School photos aren't the most attractive photos we have of ourselves, especially when we look back 30 odd years and see all the freckles, the lopsided pony tails in our hair, the goofy expressions, the gorgeous fashions and we wonder what our parents were thinking when they sent us to school in that red knit jump-suit that scratched all day long.
Thank goodness paper doesn't come in red-knit! Well not yet, anyway.
So, it's nice to have a collection that is full of fun school based patterns, bright colours and awesome sayings that can detract from some of the imperfections in our school photos. Today our design team are on track for another A+ with some wonderfully inspirational projects that showcase how much fun this collection really can be!
Cari Locken
| Cari has made this amazing teacher's gift set which would surely send your child to the top of the class. |
| Such a fun idea and great way to use have your children increasing their memory skills too! |
| A sweet card with little pops of glamrocks in all the right places. |
| Sometimes its nice to scrap about the little moments in life, like your child's love of reading! |
| Cari has used her Cricut to cut the black alphabet border which compliments the colours perfectly! |
| Kim has created the most adorable and practical little booklet that allows children to practice their writing skills over and over again as each page is laminated so the pen simply wipes right off. We love it! |
| A fun card that would be perfect for any occasion! |
| Not all layout have to be about the little ones in your life, Kim has created this totally cool page about her teenage daughter, who is just going to love having these photos all over the internet! |
| Lydia has created this wonderful photo collage to celebrate the first day of school. |
| A grown-up spin on using the Geek is Chic collection as Lydia scraps about her own love of books and reading. |
| A perfect little back-pack tag! |
Samantha Hauzer
| Samantha has totally re-decorated this little homework pencil box and given it groovy facelift! |
| A new school year and a whole new list of school items that are well worth documenting! |
| Definitely an event worth capturing... grandparent's day at school. |
