The i-magicut is a ribbon cutting tool and edge sealer all in one. It used 4 AA batteries and cuts & seals ribbon up to 3" wide. It's safe, portable and so easy to use!
You can cut the ribbon on several different angles such as diagonal and chevron-style.

Wow, these are great! LOVE Regina's wreath and that woven ribbon on Heather's card. I have to admit that I'm a ribbon hoarder, so I'm not sure I would be willing to part with as much as is on the wreath. I mostly use mine for cards.

Right now, my P-I-T is loving when mommy makes her bows and hair clips with her ribbons, and with a newly arrived little princess, this would be a definite must in my house!

ReplyDeleteI use ribbon both in papercrafting and making clothing. Sewing with ribbon is my biggest problem, because many times when I wash my ribboned creations the ribbon comes unraveled, even when I melt the ends with a match or a lighter. This tool looks like a great solution to that issue.

ReplyDeleteThe ribbon cutter seems so awesome! I would LOVE to win one! First chance i get, i am buying one so if i win, i'll be able to spread the love and give one to a friend! What i love most to do with ribbon are cards... nothing like a nice bow on a card to give it that extra little something special! Also, my nieces are always SO excited to peak through my ribbon collection when they come visit. While she was in my craftroom the other day, my oldest niece said with a huge smile on her face "This is my favorite house!" hehehe :)

ReplyDeleteI use ribbon in the usual way...but currently...I am using all types of ribbons in my fleece and minky dog crate covers. The ribbon adds a great decorative touch and keeps the cover tight on the cage.. I want the covers to be washable...so I'm always concerned with fraying
