i-magicut Intensive - Day 2

Welcome back to Day 2 of our i-Magicut Intensive Week.
If you haven't yet seen this handy little tool by Imaginisce then you must take a look at this video because this tool is super fun, super easy and exactly what ribbon lovers need!

This video is with our own Deanna Lambson as she demonstrated the tool on ABC4 in Utah. She has some great tips on this tool.

"With my first card, Have Some Summer Fun, I folded my ribbon in half and followed the markings on the I-Magicut and simply held down the button for about one second longer than a regular cut. Wow...I will admit, I was skeptical. It made a perfect V shaped cut into my ribbon. This card was made using the Making Waves Collection."
"My second is a little different. It doubles as a card and a little gift. I cut it out using my Silhouette. I decorated it using the the Making Waves Collection and put a chalpstick inside. Again, I used the I-Magicut to give it the finishing touches. I followed the markings on the I-Magicut and it made a perfect cut, just the way I wanted it. Now, I have a no fray, cute bow on my card."

I used the i-magicut to cut the ribbons for the cute little banner, and also on the ribbon wrapped around the photo. I love that the i-magicut works on all different types of ribbon like the lime colored thick and textured grosgrain, and even the orange stitched ribbon too! Perfect cut each time, and seals the ends beautifully so there is no fraying.

"I've been wanting to make a card like this for so long but never attempted it as I knew my ribbon ends would fray. Thank you, Imaginisce!! Using the i-magicut, I'm confident my ribbon will remain cleanly cut and frayless. I created the tree by making a bunch of ribbon ties and using glossy accents to adhere them in a round shape."

"I wanted to create something unique with my ribbon and use the i-magicut to seal the edges because this particular ribbon that I was using was driving me crazy and wouldn't stop fraying. I felt like I was going to run out of ribbon eventually because of all the fraying.
I was looking online for ideas and came across this adorable fish (you can find more details on my blog about this) and decided to give it a try. The i-magicut helped me finish off my design perfectly!"
