Imaginisce & Xryon - Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of our BLOG HOP with Xyron.

We've got another day full of fascinating projects.  If you've been looking for some fun Easter-themed ideas then you won't be disappointed because all week long our Design Team will be sharing some very creative ideas. Xryon's DT will be sharing some fabulous project ideas as well.

Easter Treat Boxes

I love to make 3 dimensional paper crafts like these Easter Treat boxes. But because its not flat, you need an adhesive that dries fast so your not sitting there holding pieces together waiting for it to dry. Xyron sent me their Mega Runner and I put it to the test to see if it would hold.  I LOVE
the Mega Runner!! It held without the mess that glue makes. It held without having to wait for pieces to dry! After using it on a layout, I am throwing my old tab dispenser away. Thank you Xyron!

Stop by Marcia's blog to see more of her fabulous project.

Supplies:
Imaginisce: Love You More: Patterned Paper, Good Dog: Pattern Paper;
Bazzill cardstock in white; Quick Quotes Powderpuff chalk ink in Mango Mai Tai and Pink Cheeks;  Sakura Micron pen; Ribbon: Really Reasonable Ribbon; Twine: May Arts; Cut files: Silhouette Store

Easter Basket Pillow Box

For my project, I made this adorable Easter pillow box that would be perfect to give as a sweet little treat to a teacher, friend, or co-worker.
To start, I searched through all my Imaginisce papers to come up with some great Easter colors. I decided to go with this Good Dog striped paper, a Good Dog die cut, Hippity Hop for the basket, and Love You More for the Easter egg.

Hop over to Aimee's blog to see more of her adorable project.

Imaginisce Supplies Used: Good Dog (patterned paper, Die Cut), Hippity-Hop (pattern paper), Love You More (pattern paper), Pop Up Posies, I-Rock tool, Hot Rocks, Lighted Tweezers
Other supplies used: SRM clear pillow box, The Twinery twine, Ribbon from Michaels, Silhouette Cameo

Happy Easter Card

Easter is such a fun holiday to create things for and I wanted to create a special card for my little guy. He is big on the hunt for Easter eggs, so I wanted to make him a card that featured an Easter basket. There were a lot of little pieces involved, so I was glad to have the Xyron glue stick on hand and the Mega Runner was so great for putting together larger pieces without the mess of traditional glue. I used B-side patterned paper from the Childhood Memories collection, plus a wee bit of Hippity Hop that I was hoarding. I also took the darling carrot, bunny, and chick from some Sticker Stackers and added them to my "hoppy" little scene.

If you make your way over to Regina's blog you will see more photos of her beautiful card.

Supplies:
Patterned Paper: (from Childhood Memories and Hippity Hop collections) Imaginisce; Accents: (Hippity Hop Sticker Stackers) Imaginisce, (Stickles) Ranger; Dies: (Doily Frame) Lifestyle Crafts, (A Tisket a Tasket, Whimsy Alpha) Taylored Expressions; Fibers: (gingham) May Arts; Cardstock: (green, pink, cream) Stampin' Up!

Let's continue our BLOG HOP by making your way over to Xyron's blog and see what their designers have created.
