We thought that our Design Team did such an amazing job last time that we decided to challenge them again with the 60 minute madness challenge! They were asked to create a project in 1 hour.
Surprise, surprise!! they've done it again!
We want to share those projects with you to encourage you and let you know that you too can create layouts and a variety of projects in an hours time.
Lydia Jackson
In the Stillness
Here's what Lydia had to say about her layout.
For this layout to save time and to keep the focus on the photo, I kept the color pallette and the lines simple. I only used a few embellishments that I felt reflected the photo and the story I wanted to tell, For instance, see how the tiny silver i-roc gems play off the sparkly paper, which in turn play off the snow in the photos. Sometimes just the right embellishment may be all you need."
Supplies used: Core'dinations Core couture, worldwin vellum, MLS tiny alphas, Fiskars punch.
Sophia Allison
Altered Diary
Sophia said this about her project:
"I kept my project very simple and easy. Used a strip of the adhesive border to go across the cover of the diary. Added a flower for accent in the corner and finished it off with a glass sticker to make it more girly for her. Added alphas for her name and voila...perfect diary for an 8 year old."

Wow! great projects today and quick too, keep up the good work!
I saw something REALLY cute in a magazine this afternoon. The magazine is called something like: Make Mollie (it's an English craft magazine). They give you embroidery patterns to sew onto some canvas material, and then make them into buttons. SO cute. I was just thinking that you might want to show how to do the same thing on your blog. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the i top (although I don't have one), and think that women would love to use it in this way. The patterns are ADORABLE. With this latest issue they give you 3 buttons, the fabric pieces, and the patterns and samples of which colors to use while embroidering. YOU NEED TO CHECK IT OUT!!! Great opportunity to show more uses for your product. MOLLIE MAKES is the name of the magazine, I just googled and found it....
