Love You More Release Party - Day 3

Welcome to Day 3 our release party for our Love You More collection.

Imaginisce has a couple of other new goodies in this collection that you are sure to love!!

Push My Button Pack
Stuck on You Washi Tape
The Design Team have been inspiring us already with their creativity using the Washi Tape.
Let's take a look at what they have to share with us today.

*******

My Sweets
I created this layout with my hubby in mind.  I really wanted to focus on the picture.  So, I decided to created a lot framing and layers.  There are so many fun patterns in this collection that the layering and framing really worked with all of the patterned papers.

I decided that the fun patterned paper with all kinds of frames and journaling spots would be perfect for a mini album.  I cut them all up, adding places for journaling and photos.  This is a fun way to create a mini album really fast.

Supplies: Love You More- patterned paper, stickers and letter stickers, I-Top
Other Supplies: wood embelishments, brads, buttons, Silhoutte and twine

Scalloped Heart Treat BoxI happened to run across this chipboard heart while digging through my stash...I've had it for quite some time, but you could create something similar using a favorite die-cutting system or those thin wooden hearts would work too!

At the center of the scalloped heart was a smaller, pop-out heart.  I thought it would be a fun idea to make a little pocket between the two so that candies, trinkets or small valentine cards could be stored there.  This was as easy as tracing, cutting and gluing :)

For the banner, I wrapped bits of washi tape around baker's twine and then trimmed and added on sticker letters.

Supplies: Love You More- Brave Heart 12 x 12 Paper; Love Letters 12 x 12 Alphabet Sticker Sheet; Love Birds 12 x 12 Sticker Sheet; Push My Button Pack; Stuck on You Washi Tape, Tools- d-stress; clicut

Sydnee's First Wedding LayoutSydnee attended her very first wedding in 2006...it's now almost 2013 and I have been waiting for the perfect papers to scrap this photo!  Because it is a single 5x7, I wanted to add lots of layering below the picture.

After cutting her name out with apersonal die-cutting machine, I was able to build the rest of the title using different sticker alphas.  I'm so happy that Love You More came about...this sweet photo now has a home in our scrapbook :)

Supplies: Love You More- Love Notes 12 x 12 Paper; Groovy Love 12 x 12 Paper; Heart Attach 12 x 12 Paper; Bee Mine 12 x 12 Paper; Push My Button Pack; Love Birds 12 x 12 Sticker Sheet; Love Letters 12 x 12 Alphabet Sticker Sheet

This picture was taken at a casual home wedding we went to in October, and I could think of nothing better than the Love You More line to scrap this photo. With love on our minds that day, we'll always remember where we were when this picture was taken.

Supplies: Imaginisce: Love You More pattern paper, stickers, letter stickers, washi. May Arts ribbon, mists, white card stock, foam pop dots, TomBow adhesive dot runner

No better way to show your love than with a card! I love the hexagon paper in the Love You More collection and the sentiments on the stickers are so easy to use for cards.

Supplies: Imaginisce: Love You More pattern paper, stickers, washi, foam pop dots, twine

I think that my most favorite thing about this collection is the gray patterned papers and the different embellishments that Imaginisce created with this line.  They are so striking, so versatile and just so much fun to work with.

I used my Cricut Expression to cut out the heart designs on the spotted paper. I traced the heart shapes onto the gray paper and then placed small scraps of different patterned papers.  I adhered the spotted paper (with the cut out heart shapes) using some foam tape. This gave a bit of dimension which I love.
Please feel free to hop over to my blog for more pics and details about my layout.

Loving this collection more everyday!!! I just discovered the fun of using washi tape. I would use it as a corner accent on a layout or border strip on a card. I've also used it to close up a glassine bag filled with candy, add a little ribbon and button and your done.

Thanks for the chance to win!!

I'm just learning the ways that washi can be used. I want to use some for cardmaking and as border strips.
