Good Dog Release Party - Day 3

We're back with another day full of fun & inspiring projects using our new collection,
Are you wishing you had a puppy yet??
Well you will after today!!

"Feed Me!"

I am a dog person so I love this fabulous canine collection! I also love all of the very cool patterns that makes for non-dog projects. I was so excited to get my hands on a collection for dogs because I have wanted to document the story about my dog carrying around a bag of doggie treats just waiting for us to give him some. He finally got some treats but not before hearing lots and lots of laughing from the whole family!!

Supply List:
Papers – Dog Parade, Doggy Mail, Dog Dreams, Dog Biscuits, Dawg Days, In the Dog House
Sticker Stackers – Doggy Diary
Die Cuts – Doggie Diecuts

"Happy Birthday/Make A Wish card & gift bag set"

With all of the bright happy colors in this collection I knew a birthday card and gift bag would look cute made from the papers. And of course I had to keep with the dog theme! I know there has to be a dog lover with an upcoming birthday who would appreciate this set.

Suppy List:
Papers – Dog Parade, Doggy Mail, Dog Dreams, Dog Biscuits, Dawg Days, In the Dog House, Paw Prints
Washi Tape – Stuck on You

"Woof, woof"

I love the bright colors of the pattern papers and with the solid paper colors, you don't even need cardstock! One of my favorite pieces of pattern paper are the strips. It has just a little bit of everything.

Supplies:
Pattern Paper, Stickers, Die Cuts: Imaginisce (Good Dog); Tools: Imaginisce (I-Rock, Glam Rocks Hearts), Sewing MachineFoam Adhesive: Imaginisce; Kraft Paper, Cardstock: Core'dinations; Border Punch: EK Success; Marker: Sakura Micron pen in black; Thread: Coats and Clark.

"Hugs"

Marcia also created a fabulous card with this collection.

Supplies:
Pattern Paper, Stickers: Imaginisce (Good Dog); Tools: Sewing Machine Kraft Paper: Core'dinations; Border Punch, Die: Spellbinders; Thread: Coats and Clark; Ribbon: Prairie Bird Boutique (Etsy); Sentiment Stamp: Paper Smooches; Ink: Quick Quotes Powderpuff ink in Tahiti, Tsukineko StazOn black ink, dog bone paper clip.

"Pooch"

Our dog Bauer is part of our family and I love scrapbooking photos of him just as much as my son!  I am so in love with the Good Dog collection!  There are so many amazing paper and embellishments to choose from!  I took this photo of Bauer out of one of our hikes and the colors of this paper collection really worked well with the colors in my photo.  I started off with the paw print stamp from the Good Dog collection to created a fun back ground on my layout.  I cut a verity of of other papers and gave them some detention with distressing, brown ink and some embossing.  If your a fan of chevrons this paper pack will be for you (even if you don't have a dog!), I made a cute little chevron brad with the itop!

Supplies: Good Dog Paper, Stickers, Stamp and Large Die Cuts, iTop, Twine, Foam tape, Brown Ink, Mist, Embossing folders Adhesive

"Treats!"
I am always in need of little gift card holder and this little bag is for an up coming birthday party gift.  I started with a bright orange chevron bag and used part of the Good Dog die cut packaging (yup, the packaging is so cute your going to want to use it!) with little bones on it for a nice sturdy background.  I layered lots of stickers and dies and then topped it off by tying a bow at the top to keep the bag sealed.  I also have a little gift to wrap so I made this little tag to put on the box - simple and cute!

Supplies:  Good Dog Paper, Stickers, Large Dies, Ribbon, Adhesive

"Pawprints on my Heart"

I'll be honest ... I wasn't too sure what I was going to do with this collection because we have no pets whatsoever.  But I knew that with three kids there was definitely some way that I could play a 'twist' on this dog collection and create something that would work.

Supplies used: Imaginisce (Good Dog: patterned papers, die-cuts, sticker stackers; foam squares/tape)
Other: The Twinery (twine)

All the projects are great, but I especially love Aimee Layout - such a cute and funny story behind it. I can't believe her doggie showed such restrait - mine would have eaten the lot and buried the evidence I'm sure. cheers Linda
