Today we have design team member Suzanna sharing this incredible creation! Take a look!
Back to School, Old Style!
Suzanna here to share with you a back to school printer's tray that I created of and for my son Nikolas who finished Elementary school in June and will have just begun Middle School! Yikes! Middle school! I dug out some of the classic primary colors from older collections for this project and had a blast creating. Each of the tray openings is one of his grades. I tried to make sure that each year had the teachers name and the grade he was in.
The older collections had a lot more "generic" patterned paper that made creating non-themed projects simple. There was enough in the way of embellishments and some of the patterned paper that you could feel the theme but not be overwhelmed by it. Like that playground from "Childhood Memories" I used for second grade!

Will be a great keepsake. It's fun to look back and see the changes that happened and you didn't notice them because they are so gradual.
thanks for sharing.
This is amazing! Wow...love it!
Cute layout and
great colors.

You are such a good and organised mother Suzanna!!!
I confess that I have never seen a painter's tray in real life, but I can say that I like how you have transformed it into a precious keepsake ... it must have been wonderful for you to see your son growing up in one FABULOUS project :)
