Easter Napkin Rings with Imaginisce
Hi everyone! Suzanna here today to share with you some adorable napkin rings that I created using two Imaginisce tools; the iRock and iTop. I used THIS cut file that I found from Sweet Afton at the Silhouette store for an rabbit easter basket and modified it.
Once the base of the napkin ring and the patterned paper for the ears were cut using my Silhouette Cameo, I used my iTop and small brad daddies to create the noses for the rabbits. The appropriate circle sizes for each brad top are a cinch when you have the punches that cute out the notched circles for you. Use your CliCut to cut a small slit just about the cheeks to insert the brad and you're ready to move on to the next step and next tool.
Two black hot Rocks applied with the iRock make the perfect eyes for the bunny.
Twine wrapped around the brad and snipped make for the cutest whiskers. Then cut a thin strip of coordinating patterned paper for the bottom of the napkin ring for a little more color to finish things off!
Wrapping things up, I used some American Crafts double sided tape on the inside and wrapped the napkin ring around a liquid adhesive bottle for the perfect tight fight and consistent size from one ring to the next.
I can't wait to see these on the Easter dinner table this year! My daughter pointed out that they would probably make great egg cups too, just the right size! Love that they could be multi-purpose!
