Sweet Baby

Mixing up the die cut pads and shapes creates a fabulous embellishment and design on your projects. See how Becki used this idea on her layout below.

Sweet Baby Girl

The My Baby collection make these adorable photos of my niece stand out. Photos of sweet babies are such a blessing and I love to document every memory because they don't stay babies for very long.

Welcome Spring Die Cuts

Have you seen our little die cut tags?  They coordinate with our new releases and are perfect for journaling on your layouts & adding to cards.

"Welcome Spring Card"

Hello Imaginisce fans!
This week we're sharing projects using Imaginisce's die cut shapes. I love these little "pads" - they are so adorable!

I decided to make a welcome spring card taking my sentiment straight from the die cut.

I used dimensional adhesive on the die cut, and then again on the banners that I cut from the Welcome Spring collection of patterned papers.

The coordinating gems in this collection make "matchy-matchy" quite easy.

I finished off my card with some glitter on my birdie, some glossy on my bunny eyes, and some less-than perfect stitching around the edges.

xoxo

Celebrate Today!

Create a card & envelope set using our die-cuts.  It's a quick & easy way to create!

Hi there!  It's Die Cuts Shapes week at Imaginisce!  I absolutely LOVE everything about the new "Welcome Spring" line by Imaginisce and couldn't wait to put the collection to use in this project.

I don't know about you, but here in the midwest (Indiana) we've had an abundance of snow!  The Welcome Spring line is just what I needed to put a little happy in my day and hopefully someone else's day with this card and matching envelope.

I mean seriously… how could a happy card filled with spring flowers, butterflies and a cute caterpillar not put a smile on your face and make you think of spring?

I used just a bit of sewing on the edges of this card to give it some added texture.  I love to mix my stitches by using a combination of straight stitches with zigzag stitches and even adjusting the width and length of the stitches.

The Die Cuts are a perfect way to dress up an envelope.  How cute is that caterpillar?  He makes an ordinary envelope into an extension of the card.

The Welcome Spring line comes in both 6 x 6 and 12 x 12 papers.  I used the 6 x 6 paper pad for this card.  The die cut shapes make it super simple and super quick to whip up a card.  You are going to want this entire collection!  I think it would be perfect for Easter, Spring, Children's Birthdays, etc.

Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the entire Welcome Spring collection by Imaginisce!

Sweet Baby

We've got another great layout to share with you using our pre-packaged die-cuts.

"Sweet Baby"

Imaginisce has come out with some amazing die cuts that accompany their collection lines and they are perfectly suited to pocket scrapping! I love creating Project Life style layouts as they allow for lots of pictures of all shapes and sizes and a lot of storytelling.

I also love that you essentially have lots of little canvases to fill and adorn to your hearts content! The die cut tags from the collections make perfect pocket canvases. Imaginisce has 3 types of die cuts; journaling, titles and shapes. You see all three featured here!

Another great feature of pocket scrapbooking is creating fun confetti pockets that are visible from both sides. Visit my blog (http://lifestrivialities.typepad.com/lifes_trivialities/2014/02/die-cuts-with-imaginisce-and-a-project-life-pocket-tutorial.html) for a tutorial on how to create a stitchless confetti pocket.

Using Pre-made Die Cuts

This coming week some of our designers will be sharing layouts, cards, etc that they've created using our die-cuts that come with each collection.

Here's a look at what we're talking about. This package is from our Bushel o Fall collection.
We've got collections with a variety of shapes, some titles, some cute little figures (i.e foxes, squirrels) and some journaling shapes as well.

If you don't have any type of die cutting machine than these are the perfect replacement and add so much interest and colour to your projects.

Let's take a look at what our Design Team have created.

"Sweet Baby"

I love the quality and thickness of Imaginisce's Die Cuts.  They also have a beautiful glossy finish.  I created this layout of my sweet niece.

It is not often that I have baby pictures laying around, so I am happy I found this picture to scrap with.

I used the "My Baby" Collection for girls.  I love the sweet sentiments, titles  and images that the die cuts come in.  On this layout I wanted to feature more than one of these die cuts, so I used three.

Imaginisce Patterned Papers (My Baby) Die Cuts (My Baby)

"Wee Little One"

Hello! This is Courtney from Court's Crafts here with a sweet baby boy card! While I have been in tiny baby girl mode (I'm due Feb 20 so I might have even had my baby girl by the time you are reading this!) most of my friends are having baby boys! So I needed some baby boy cards on hand and this line came at a perfect time!

The die cuts that come with the baby collections are so sweet! I loved loved loved these little giraffes.

I coupled it with another die cut for the sentiment and a journaling card from the collection.

The patterned paper is from the Perfect Vacation line as well as a very old line (the brown with polka dots). As you can see they blend together beautifully. I added a little stitching in matching blue for some extra depth.

I hope you like it and it inspires you to create a hand made card for your next baby shower or for a friend who just had a baby. They mean SO much when you are a parent with a new baby!
