10 Things you didn't know about Lydia Jackson

Let me start by saying that being a part of this team is an incredible dream. I have been giddy with excitement ever since the day I found out. I wish I had my reaction to Lori's email on video. Just imagine me jumping up and down rodeo style in front of my computer at 2am, trying not to let out a whoop whoop, because everyone else is asleep. Then waking my hubby by shaking him and squealling I made the team, I made the team. Anyways you get the picture. I'm really excited!!

Now on to the ten things that you didn't know about me!!

1. I am a cheese-aholic, I adore cheese in all it’s delicious forms. I love it so much that one year my Mom threw me an all cheese birthday party. Cheese dip, cheesecake, cheese and crackers, salad with cheese, cheese and fruit. It was a buffet of cheeses. My all time favorite is a soft French triple cream brie called Saint Andres.

2. So I know this is a little odd, but…………I actually don’t like cake! I love to make cakes, but I don’t actually like to eat them.

3. I’m not sure if I am the only one, but I LOVE the smell of books, old, new, paperback and hard cover. I find that particular smell, so comforting and soothing. It has long been a dream of mine to have a small library with nothing but books, a big comfy chair by a window and a reading lamp over head.

4. My nemesis is laundry, oh how I dread that wicked pile of never ending unfolded clothes!!

5. If I could I would live in my pajama’s, I love comfy jammies!! {most of mine are Christmassy}

6. My favorite TV show is Myth busters {yah, I know I'm a geek}. I am a HUGE fan, these guys crack me up with all there hair brained schemes and tests. I love that they go big or go home and that they almost always blow something up. My favorite episode is when they build this enormous water slide to test a you tube myth. It looks like so much fun, I wanna try that.

7. I play the summer sport of Softball and in the Winter I play dodge ball, that’s right I said dodge ball. It’s a blast and a wicked way to stay active.

8. I know how to drive and operate a backhoe.

9. In high school I was voted most likely to hit on a teacher!! LOL!

10. I am a night owl!! I have a hard time going to sleep, that being said I am also not a morning person. I am not overly grumpy, but it is best to approach me after my first cup of coffee.
