Welcome to Day 4 of our "Back to School" feature this week.
It's fun to see how our Designers use the various Imaginisce collections to create school-themed projects and today you will see what I'm talking about.
Today we have Ilene & Abby sharing their projects with us.

I thought it would be fun to scrap my daughter's very first day of school for Imaginisce Back to School Week. That was definitely a very memorable day and nothing brings school to mind like the big yellow school bus.
Even though the Sole Sisters collection doesn't have much to do with school, it does have some great primary (especially that strong yellow!) colors that make it perfect for back to school scrapbooking. I also absolutely adore ,my I-Top for making coordinating brads. They were a really fun touch to add to this whimsical layout.

Supplies:
Paper, Canvas Sticker: Imaginisce (Sole Sisters), Brad-Making Tool, Brad Daddies: Imaginisce (I-Top), Paint: Kaisercraft, Color Spray: Maya Road, Marker: Sharpie, Letter Stickers: October Afternoon, Corrugated Chipboard Numbers: Jillibean Soup, Border Punch: Ek Success, Die-Cutting Machine: Sizzix (Big Shot), Die: Tim Holtz (Tattered Florals), Other: cardstock, felt embellishments, wooden school bus from Michael's.

This geeky bookworm card was created using the "Geek is Chic" collection. The little worm was drawn by yours truly, then traced onto patterned paper. I used several Imaginisce tools... the clicut to carve out the inside negative space of his eyeglasses, the i-rock for those classy gems on his eyeglasses, and lastly, the i-top for his buggy eyes.
SuppliesImaginisce: Geek is Chic patterned papers and diecut shapes, clicut, i-top, 28mm punch, 28mm brad daddies, i-rock, hot rocks.
Other: Fiskars notebook punch, cardstock
