Dreaming of a White Christmas

We love how Monique showed off the patterned paper with the beautiful white die-cut page.  Are you getting ready for the holidays? Make sure to take lots of pictures so that you can scrapbook them after the holiday season is over!

Hello Imaginisce fans! As I'm in a very Christmassy mood (as I'm sure many of you are too) I thought I'd create a Christmas layout for today. The photos were taken the evening we were decorating the tree last year.

I started this layout by cutting out all the Christmas trees from a sheet of white cardstock and adhered this on a sheet of striped patterned paper from Imaginisce's "Give Thanks" collection. Next I matted one of the photos of another piece of paper of the Give Thanks collection and placed the two photos on a piece of burlap and tucked two gold foil doilies between the photos and the burlap. This I adhered in the bottom left corner of my page and added a few die-cuts from an older Imaginisce collection "Colors of Christmas" on both the left and right side of the photos. The title and some jewels came last.

And here are a few close-ups, the ribbon was cut and sealed with my I-Magicut tool:

I added a bit of bling to the holly die-cut:

And a detail photo of the title. I love using letters of different sizes and colors! Here I'm using Thickers called "Emma" (brown glitter) and "Giggles" (white foam).

Supplies:
Imaginisce: patterned paper (Give Thanks), die-cuts, bling (Colors of Christmas); American Crafts: cardstock, Thickers. Tools: Imaginisce I-Magicut.

Thank you so much for stopping by our blog today! Have a great day!
Monique
