It´s Renata Moni from Brazil and I'm delighted to be here and blogging with you today.
My theme for today is BIRTHDAY! And my project uses the new B-Day Bash Collection!!
I love to celebrate birthdays, but I must confess I'm terrible at remembering them.
So, I decided to share with you what I have made to help me not forget my friends' birthdays anymore! LOL
It's a birthday calendar!
I will show you how I created mine with this simple tutorial!
Materials to do this birthday calendar :
1 Chipboard sheet 9”x 9”
2 cardstock papers 12"x 12"
Patterned papers ( new B-day Bash Collection by Imaginisce)
rub-ons, alpha stickers, i-rock blings, foam tape, glue and embellishments you desire.
Use the thickest chipboard you have for firm strong board.
Cover both sides of your chipboard with cardstock.
Tip 1- You can use a piece of fine-grade sandpaper or nail file to sand the edges of the paper flush with the edges of the chipboard.
Tip 2- Painting your chipboard is a great alternative to covering it too.
Now that the front face of the board is ready:
Adhere the patterned papers to the chipboard sheet and embellish however you wish.
Create a cute background to put under the calendar. I even added some i-rock blink to my balloons.
Print on white paper a perpetual calendar with the days of the month and trim them to size (mine is 7 ½ " high x 3 ½" width) and round corners.
Use a clothes pin to hold the papers of your calendar.
Decorate the months of you calendar! It´s going to be fun and beautiful.
You can use stickers, rub-on , blings, alpha stickers...
And your calendar is ready!!!
I Hope you like it!
Have a great weekend you all!
