On the LOOKOUT for i-rock Aprons (you can win one too)!!

Recently we created these fun i-rock aprons for CHA and I challenged our design team to show me what they could do with their aprons. Here are pics of my apron and some others from our team. I'm going to post more of the team's aprons soon, but I wanted to get this started.

We used our i-rock tools and i-top tools to make these unique creations!! Read on to see how you could try "rockin" out an apron like these!!

My Apron (Lori's)
I used a few of Gimme Clips, hair clips to decorate my apron. The white fluffy tulle, black zipper and pink flower are all hair clips with pins on the back so you can wear them on your clothes...soo cute. The other flowers I made from fabric and felt!!

Bridget, Don and Me (sorry no apron for Don)

Aphra Bolyer's Apron
I respect any crafter that pulls out their sewing machines to spritz up their aprons...I'm a hot gluer not a sewer. I love Aphra's flowers too!

Erin Bassett's Apron
I don't know which I like more the ruffle at the bottom of Erin's apron or her darling flower. Yum!!

Check out her custom bling "name" ...so easy to do!!

Heather Carpenter's Apron
I love that Heather used the flower stencil to create her cute flower on the top of her apron!

Tammy Wark's Apron
Tammy used the swirl and flower stencils to bling out her cute apron.

Pinky's Apron
Leave it to Pinky to add some spunk to her apron...that's a zebra ruffle around her apron. I also loved how she cut the bottom so it was more rounded then square!
Liz Qualman's Apron
Now that's a lot of bling and doesn't it make you smile!!
I couldn't find a picture of Robyn's (on left of me) apron, so I thought I'd post this from CHA...it shows both her apron and Liz's apron (on right).
Sarah's Apron
Here's Sarah at CHA with Lisa Day (her apron was left in her suitcase).
Shemaine's Apron
More cute ruffles and I'm sure it involved sewing. I LOVE how Shemaine used her green rhinestones to create leaves off the ends of her pocket next to the mini silk flowers (from the template kits).

Cath Evalson, Shemaine & Susan Opel
Wanna Create your own i-rock Apron + more??
We'll send you the apron, the glam rocks and i-rock tool. But beware, we want you to share what you create so don't participate in this challenge unless you're willing to share with us. Simply leave a comment telling us, "YES! You are willing to take the challenge and you will share with us your creation and why you think we should pick you".

Shy? But still want to win?
We get that not everyone is up to the challenge of creating, but still may want to win the same prize package (SECOND package of course). Well for you, just send us a link to a photo of one of our design team gals and/or staff wearing one of these aprons and post a link to that photo. OR share a photo of you wearing an apron...any old apron will do. We suggest you post those photos to an online gallery or your own blog and leave the link in your comment below!!

(Disclaimer: I might have accidentally left off pics of some design team girls, please forgive me and share your pictures on our facebook page or your blog and we'll link to it!

YES! I am up to the challenge and will share with you my creation! I think you should pick me because I'm an enthusiastic Circlet who LOVES cooking and LOVES being a domesticated housewife. I wear aprons all the time, but have never blinged one up! Choose me! :) If you send it to me, I'll even make a video tutorial out of it and post it to my blog! :)

Thanks for the opportunity! :)

I am one of the more shy ones who doesn't like cameras and can't take the pressure, but would DIE to have an i-Rock apron! I would glam it up for the fun of it. I am a HUGE Pinky Fan who stops by her blog daily... just ask her because I leave comments all the time. I LOVE aprons and make them as gifts for family and friends. Below is a link to a picture of some. I would be happy to share my glamed up i-Rock apron with you, just not a pic of ME wearing it. I already have an i-Rock so you wouldn't have to send me one. I would be so honored to wear an i-Rock apron (glamed up of course)to all the craft classes and camps I go to!

YES! I'm up for the challenge and can't imagine keeping the creation to myself. Of course I'll share with you and everyone I know.

I'm honored to be considered for the apron challenge. I'm extremely organized and handy with tools and the internet. Pick me and I'll:
1. Create an adorable apron.
2. Post pics on my blog with a link to this blog.
3. Create a video demonstrating the tool.
4. Post the video on my blog with link to this blog.
5. Post the video on my YouTube channel with link to this blog.
6. Works some Video Search Engine Optimization magic so that the i-rock tool video gets lots of exposure on the internet - giving mention to this blog.
7. Work with my local stamp store (Simple Pleasure in Colorado Springs)to create a class that uses the i-rock. I've already taught classes here - so it should be easy to get on the calendar!

Did I mention that I'd have fun?! I've seen this tool around and have drooled over it plenty. So I'd love to get my hands on it and become a local Ambassedor!

I love gems and have a small stack of them. I'm more than curious to know why this tool is so much better than the standard gems!

PS: I posted your blog candy on my blog. I adore these aprons! http://stampingwithprincess.wordpress.com/2010/09/19/win-an-i-rock/
