Holiday Gift Card Holders

Need some ideas to wrap up those gift cards this holiday season?
Then check out these fun ideas!

Holiday Gift Card Holders

I don't know about you but increasingly, I find myself buying gift cards more and more. Especially for teachers! I know if I were a teacher, yet another ornament or yet another dozen cookies, though while appreciated, would get really old really quickly! Gift cards allow teachers, mail carriers, bus drivers, and all those people who make our lives easier a little freedom to buy something that they will use and appreciate. So though an impersonal present in many ways, the packaging and presentation of those gift cards makes all the difference and can be personalized! I combined some Imaginisce with Home For Christmas from Pebbles to create the following gift card holders;

Both holders were created using the WRMK Envelope punch board so it was dead easy to create the base; for one I used patterned paper and the other was created from card stock. Both also have cards from the Countdown banner as the base. From there just layer away using die cuts, label stickers and other goodies!

The iRock is a wonderful way to add some pizazz and bling that is only fitting for Christmas! The red cardstock based gift card holder has some Glam Rocks over the berries of the holly to jazz it up.

This green patterened paper based gift card holder has clear Glam Rocks as the center of the poinsettia for a little sparkle!

I hope you are inspired to give these or something similar a try and perhaps give those special people a little something personal for that most wonderful time of the year!
