"Today Only Happens Once" layout

Hi everyone, it’s Monique today with a Dutch “graduation” layout. As my kids aren’t old enough to have graduated yet and also because here in The Netherlands “graduation” is not celebrated like it’s being done in the USA, I don’t have any photos of a real, genuine, American graduation. But what I do have are these photos of my oldest son celebrating the end of primary school and receiving his leaving certificate. The evening was awesome and these photos have been on my desk for ages (it’s been 3 years now, since he left). 

I’m so glad I finally found the right papers for these photos, even though I’ve used the “Perfect Vacation” collection!! 

I’ve said it before, but I really love that the current collections from Imaginisce contain so many sheets with a “neutral” design. You can use them for any and every occasion!!

For this layout, I combined the Welcome Spring and Perfect Vacation collections. I chose my patterned paper from each collection based on the colors from my photo. 

I thought flags were the perfect shape to add to a page about a celebration, and added studs for a little bit of dimension.

Lookin' Good Grad

It's no doubt that cameras will be flashing and many pictures will be taken of that special grad.

Creating a layout is a super way to remember all the details of that special day.

Along with the photos you could ask the grad to share some of their favourite memories of the ceremony and other events of that day.  You could even write a personal note of encouragement and tuck it behind a photo as some hidden journaling.

Hello all Lanette here! 
As you know we are sharing graduation themed projects this week and today its my turn. I created a this fun graduation layout using my scraps from the super versatile Perfect Vacation Collection.

As you can see with my layout came together very easily using lots of tiny scraps and just a few embellishments.

I used a circle punch to create this sweet little tag.

And this is tab is cut from a journaling card.

I altered this die cut by cutting off the part that did not fit my theme and adding thickers.

As you may have noticed, we are celebrating graduation season here on the Imaginisce blog this week!  Katrina here, with a couple of graduation cards for you.  The Perfect Vacation and Welcome Spring collections were my go to papers for these cards.

The Perfect Vacation with the "flying" theme was ideal for a masculine card.  We all want our graduates to fly and conquer the world!

It's GRAD Week!

Graduation is upon us once again!

These graduates have worked hard all year long & for many years leading up to this momentous occasion.  Grads both young (Kindergarten aged) and old.  They all deserve a special tribute and word of encouragement as they experience this time in their lives. That's why we've dedicated this entire week to celebrate those who are graduating.

A few of our Design Team members have created some stunning projects. Today we begin with these fabulous cards.
