Blossom with the i-Top tool

Have you tried out our i-top punches before?
These are the punches that go along with the i-top tool to create the brads.
Check out how Amanda used the punches on her layout below!!

"Blossom" layout

I have a confession to make, I had never used my I top tool before this assignment! I have 3 little ones, and my scrapping time is usually in spurts, and I thought oh, those must take forever to make, I don't have time for that...boy, was I wrong!! The I top tool, is so fun and easy to use, and it makes very sturdy brads! I loved how easy it was to punch them through my paper, no piercer needed ( because again, who has time for that!), and you can make custom brads to suit your needs!!

For my project, I decided to have fun not only with the brad maker, BUT with the i top punches also! I used all 3 sizes, to create a fun background for my project!

I love the fun look of these punches, and it helped me to add some fun pattern and texture to this layout. Then in the "open spots" I added in a mix of my custom i top brads, wood veneer, and rhinestones.  I kept the rest of the embellishing to a minimum, just a few pieces layered here and there for even more interest.

Then to make my journaling and title really pop, I adhered a few of my custom brads clustered there, it really helps to draw your eye in!

I have a new love in the i top tool, and it quickly went to the top of my must use list!!! :)

Happy Camper with Guiseppa

Today designer Guiseppa Gubler shows you just how easy it is to create embellishments using our i-top punches. They come in 3 different sizes.

I love making flowers, they are my go to embellishment.  So, I decided to make a layered flower to go on my layout.

I did  this by using the I-Top Punches.  The sizes I used were the 16mm, 22mm and 28mm punches.

I punched out three different colors of patterned paper and layered them with the largest punched out flower on the bottom and the smallest on the top.

Next I wanted a flower center so I used my I-Top to create a center for my flower.

There it is a quick and simple way to add a cute flower embellishment to your page.

Flower Topiary

One of our staff members, Jenessa Marie, created this beautiful vintage-like topiary.  We think it's charming.
We love seeing how crafters use our wide range of tools for so many other things than we had originally planned or dreamed up. There are so many great way to repurpose your tools.

For this topiary Jenessa used our i-top punches. Click HERE to see the various sizes.

For a quick little tutorial on how to create this gorgeous project you can hop on over to
Jenessa's blog to read the details.

Here are the 2 different sized i-top punches that she used.  (16mm & 28mm)

Here are a few more shots.

This would make a great party decoration too.

We'd love to see what you'd create with our tools so please make sure to share your projects on our Facebook wall & online galleries.

Have a great weekend!
