Tool Time and the i-bond!

Hey everyone, it's Heather and I'd like to welcome you to the 2nd installment of our Tool Time series.  This is our time to showcase different Imaginisce tools while featuring tips, tricks, and project ideas to get the most out of your tools. Or if you are new to Imaginisce's amazing pink tools, perhaps you will be inspired to try them out!

Today we will be featuring the i-bond cordless glue gun. We've heard how much you love it but we've also heard you asking about ways to integrate it and the colored glue sticks into your projects.

Doesn't this tool and those gorgeous colored glue sticks look like so much fun?  Check out this video I created to show you a few of the things I have created with the tool as well as other ideas you might want to try.  This video is packed with multiple projects, tips, techniques and ideas. So without further ado, here's some things I'd like to share about the i-bond....

Here's some photos of the projects I made in the video.

Little Cutie Girl Card - flowers embellished with purple glitter glue using the i-bond

Snag 'em Stamps Sweet Baby Doll stamped in pink glue using the i-bond

WOW! I'm loving that image stamped into the glue. CUTE!!!! I can't really think of anything more creative than that to use it for. Of course there are the standard hot glue gun uses and the glitter could be fun to decorate with if you have a sturdy hand. Hugs- Glora

Wow - I'd never seen a cordless glue gun before, how super! Love the idea shown of using stamps & then cutting around them to use as embellishments. I was thinking you could write out titles on a piece of transparency to use on scrapbook pages .... wonder how that would work????

Tonya said...

I love the glitter glue and the cordless gun is genius!

Naomi said...

I can't think of anymore ideas for the i-bond right now but, I CAN'T WAIT to get my hands on it! I love the idea that it dries so quickly! I tried to make paper flowers a couple of months ago and haven't attempted it since because I had a really difficult time since the liquid glue I used took SO long to dry! Once I get my i-bond, I think I'll be using a lot fewer glue dots, lol...and saving LOTS of money doing so! Thanks Imaginisce for such fun and amazingly economical gadgets !
