i-top Button Feature - Day 8

Welcome to our final day of our i-Top Button Feature.
We sure hope that you've been inspired by all of the amazing creations that you've seen over the past 2 weeks.  We certainly have!  The possibilities are endless as you can clearly see!

Let's take a look at our final projects today.

*******

Home Decor Canvas

I have been wanting to make a home decor item for my office.  The room is so full of sun that I thought I would like to try my hand at a canvas project.  I decided to make a field of flowers.  For this project I used my I top buttons and covered them with the awesome Childhood Memories paper.  I just love the colors in this collection and they worked so well with the felt that I had on hand.
After I cut out my flowers I sewed my buttons on to create the center.  I then used my I Bond and glued them onto my canvas.  I then used some on hand supplies to finish off the scene of a field on a sunny day.  I made one last button and made that my center of the sun.  Now I can see my canvas and always have a  sunny scene!

Supplies:
Tools- I top, Buttons ( small, medium and large), I Bond
Paper- Imaginisce Childhood Memories
Canvas- Personal Stash
Mist- Tattered Angels, Heidi Swapp
Twine- The Stringery
Ribbon- Doodlebug
Chipboard- Maya Road
Felt- Personal Stash

Flip Flops

The I-top tool can be used for all sorts of fun projects.  My fun project was embellishing a pair of flip flops.  I secured a silk flower to the center of the sandal.  Placed a button daddy in the center, covered with A Day in The Life paper from the Childhood Memories Collection and then embellished it with Hot Rocks and the I-rock tool.  This was a quick and easy way to add a little pizzaz to a pair of sandals sitting in the closet.

Supplies:  I-top tool, Medium Button Daddies, 22mm Imaginisce punch,  I-Rock tool, Hot Rocks, Pogo Adhesive, Silk flower. Childhood Memories Day In The Life Paper, Flip Flops

The past two weeks are the busiest two weeks each year for our ranch. By next Monday I will be totally exhausted and take a week of recovery. I've not been able to comment each day but I am amazed at the tremendous creativity of the design team! I love both of today's projects. My daughter would love a pair of flip flops. The home decor peace would fit perfectly in my scrap room. The i-Top for a month now is something I would love to have in my collection of tools! Thank you for the wonderful inspiration!

Wow! Here I am thinking I have some ideas for what to do with an i-Top, and every day I come to this blog and see more cute stuff! Love that canvas and, Goodness Gracious, the flip flops are adorable! I was just thinking jewelry and headbands for my girls but now I'm thinking we're going to try some of these too!

Cute idea with the flip flops. I am trying to figure out how to use it in making a memo board as magnets or a calendar! Think that would be awesome using photos for each family member.

Such lovely projects! That card is amazing! I would love to use the i-top to pimp my clothes a little bit. I usually wear black, but would love to add some colour to it.
