Mother's Day Inspiration - Day 4

Welcome back to another day of Mother's Day themed inspiration.
As we mentioned yesterday we have some more beautiful projects to share with you today.
So let's get started.

"Mom" Card

I love unique cards and I am always trying to make creative cards.  I found this adorable SVG cut in the Silhouette Store and decided to give it a go.  I love how it the inside slides in and out...a fun way to store the sentiment, plus it was perfect for some fun embellishing.  I used Imaginisce's Petal Roller to make the gorgeous flowers.  Now, to deliver to Mom.  Hope she loves it.

Mother's Day Card

Mother's Day is right around the corner and giving a handmade card to your Mom is the perfect touch for her special day!  The Love You More Collection is a great choice when designing that perfect card.  The reds, pinks, grey and turquoise (from the Good Dog Collection) makes for a very fun color combination.

A few fun details about this card: the strip of grey chevron paper to mimic the look of washi tape, the heart stickers made into tags and attached to the bakers twine, and the layers of scalloped circles.

I also inked the edges of the paper to give the layers even more dimension.  Hope this has inspired you to design a card this year for your Mom.  Have a Happy Mother's Day everyone!

Supplies: Imaginisce Love You More Collection, Good Dog Collection, The Twinery pink sorbet twine, foam tape, red ink, I-Punch, I-Rock, hot rocks, imaginisce Small Paper Punch, Fiskars Scalloped Circle Punch, Mini Scalloped Scissors.
