Have you ever wondered how to use the Imaginisce i-rock mini iron??
Well, today's your lucky day!

Design Team member, Adora Concepcion has a great little tutorial (and some helpful tips) on how to use this super cute tool!

"Cherish"

Hi everyone, today I am sharing a layout  featuring the Imaginisce Mini Iron and I-Rock Iron on Motif.

This is a fun combination to bling up a project.
It's really fast and easy to use ... plus you can't go wrong with some bling, right?!

I used a monochromatic color schemes for a subtle and peaceful feel on this layout.

First I cut out the shape/edge of the Iron on motif.

Then position and press it onto the desire area of your project, to stick. (I used velvet fabric)

Use a piece of cloth or paper towel on top then press for few seconds to activate the glue.

Supplies: Papers from "Love You More" and "Black Ice"  Collection, i-rock mini iron & iron motifs

We've got another fabulous project to show you today.

created this stunning card using the iron on motifs.

"The Iron-On Motifs don't just have to be used for fabric, they can be used for paper, too.
I used the Mini Iron to iron the motif onto my cardstock,
and then hand-cut around the image to make a custom embellishment."

That bow is such a beautiful finishing touch isn't it?

Supplies: Imaginisce (Love You More collection, iron on motifs (Fleur de Bling), i-rock mini iron); Ribbon (May Arts); doily

Product Challenge - Day 2

We're back with Day 2 of our Iron-on Motif Product Challenge.

Today Rhonda is going to show you what she created using motifs like this one.

Rhonda Van Ginkel

I just love the iron-on motifs from Imaginisce!  They are so elegant in design and simple to use too!

For my project, I created a pretty card.  The new 'Love You More' collection is so stunning, I just can't keep my hands off of it!  I created the card base from the dramatic grey pattern paper with my Silhouette.  Once that was cut, I selected my motif flourish.  Using the peek-a-boo trio panel and the motif, I determined the placement for my motif and heat set the design in place using my iRock Mini Iron.

Then I cut my circle designs and sentiments using the Silhouette.  I customized another set of plain circles to then frame in my designs.  A bit of foam tape elevates the panel above the white cardstock background.  The finishing touches were a few florals, a flourish and leaves.

I hope you give the iron-on motifs a try, I know you will love them!!!

Ingredients:  Love You More collection, iRock Motif and iRock Mini Iron by Imaginisce, MFT Floral and Peek-a-Boo Trio Dies, Memory Box flourish die, Martha Stewart frond and rose leaf punches, Cardstock by AC, Silhouette

Thanks Rhonda. This card is so elegant and romantic!

What would you use these Iron-on motifs for?

This week we asked our Design Team to focus on a super fun & beautiful
product from our i-rock collection.

These fabulous motifs are adhered onto paper, denim, t-shirts, etc using the i-rock Mini Iron.
Here's a few examples that we've had posted on our website.

Today we have a couple of our designers sharing with you what they created using these fabulous little rhinestone designs.

Let's begin with ....

Queen for a Day Card

Thursday is Thanksgiving and we always spend it with my husband's family when we are in town. This year, my sister-in-law has agreed to cook the whole meal! I thought it would be fun to thank her by creating a card telling her that we will all stay out of her way and do exactly what she orders us to do -- making her the Queen for a Day! I created it with the fabulous Queen Bee Iron-On Motif. At first, I was a little dubious about using an iron on paper, but with the help of both this video and the iRock Mini Iron it turned out to be easy-peasy!

Supplies used:
Patterned Paper: Love You More & Sole Sister collections (Imaginisce); Accents: Queen Bee Iron-On Motif (Imaginisce); Cardstock: Basic Black (Stampin' Up!); Tools: iRock Mini Iron (Imaginisce); Fibers: striped ribbon (May Arts); Font: Edwardian Script (Microsoft)

This holiday card does double duty!  The recipient can remove the 'snowflake' medallion and use it as an ornament or package topper.  Just be sure to use a re-positionable tape when attaching the piece to the card-front.

Supplies:
i-rock Fleur de Bling Iron-On Motif; i-rock Mini Iron; i-top; Paper Punch - Medium; Brad Daddies - Medium  Christmas Cheer- Christmas Joy 12 x 12 Paper; Warm Wishes 12 x 12 Paper and Happy Holidays 5 x 12 Sticker Stacker

Aren't those pretty?
Thanks so much for sharing your ideas ladies!
