Baby Thank-you Card

This collection is wonderful for scrapbooking baby pictures but it's also great for creating those many 'thank-you' cards for all the baby gifts received.

"Thank You" card

What a sweet collection this is! From polka dots to hearts to chevron patters, this collection has a patterns for everyone let alone giraffes and elephants too!

Court from Court’s Crafts here with a shaped card. After having a baby girl recently I am in need of a few thank you cards! Imaginisce My Baby Collection to the rescue! I whipped this one up and it is already on its way to a person who knitted Charlotte a baby blanket!

I thought the baby overall onesie was too cute of a shaped cared to pass up. It was simple to put together and that chevron paper - darling!

Supply List:
Imaginisce: Patterned Papers (My Baby)
Imaginisce: Buttons (My Baby)
American Crafts: Cardstock Neutrals

Little Moments

Thanks for stopping by today as we continue sharing baby themed projects using our new baby themed collection called MY BABY.

"Little Moments"

I love all of the soft blues and sweet patterns in the My Baby boy collection. The simple patterns and text images make it perfect for so many different baby themed layouts. For my layout, I wanted to focus on an everyday moment, a sweet cuddle with my,then, few months old baby boy.

By layering a shaped die cut from the die cut pad, with a cute sentiment from cut apart paper, I was able to put together a sweet little cluster, that also served as a title spot for my page.

I wanted to do blocks of some of my favorite patterned papers for the base of my layout. I did not, however, want it to be completely flat. So, I fussy cut one of the banners off of the banner paper, and adhered it only on the top, and then I flipped up the bottoms to give dimension and texture.

Babies are so precious and Katrina had the opportunity to create this layout about 2 very special little blessings.

"Wee Little One"

Babies, I have to admit, I don't scrap them much. It's Katrina here, and I am known for scrapping puppies, not babies!  But, this special set of twins deserved a page all their own.  And I wanted to incorporate separate pictures of them, but use both of the My Baby collections.  I loved that the collections are pretty similar, but just different color palettes.  This made it easy to incorporate them with each other onto one page.

I split the page up and gave them their own section.  I used one of the journaling tags to tuck their picture into.  I just trimmed around the sheep so that I could slide the corner of the picture into it.  My pictures are sized at about 2.75 square.

I used the die cuts to decorate and as my title.  I love that there is more than one of each die cut.  This allowed me to run my title all the way across the page.  I also hand cut some of the banner paper to make an embellishment with also.

This design would also be great for a "then and now" type of layout.  I think I might have to try that!  Thanks for stopping by today on the Imaginisce blog.

Sweet Baby

ddddd

Sweet Baby

I simply adore this baby line that Imaginisce has come out with this season! For this layout I really wanted to make my sweet baby Taylor the focus of the layout, so I started with a main photo as the focal point.  I then wanted to focus on her little feet, because who doesn't love tiny, baby feet?  I thought the I-top tool would be perfect for making a brad-focused line of embellishments and photos all mixed into one:

I wanted to add some hearts to the layout, because they fit the theme of the layout perfectly. I added smaller punched out hearts, coming out of the die-cut elephants trunks and then I sewed (as best as I could)  down the center of the medium punched out hearts along the edges:

If you need to catch up on some baby layouts, or have a little one you want to scrap for now, this line is PERFECT, and so sweet for the little sweet girl!

Thanks for letting me share today!

Supplies:
Imaginisce: Welcome Baby- patterned paper, diecuts; i-top tool & several sizes of the Brad daddies; American Crafts: Twine; Heidi Swapp: background paper, Color Shine, chipboard arrow
